This Could Lead to a Product Recall

Does misuse of a product ever result in a recall? If so, don't show these pictures to ANYONE.

My favorite part of the whole thing...the TV isn't even on. But Robbie's watching it anyway. I believe the television is the reason he climbed up on his chair backwards to begin with...
