Did you know a not-quite 3 year old can recite the Pledge of Allegience?
Neither did I.
Until I overheard her doing it in the car on the way home tonight.
I tell you, it's a good thing I was about to pull into the garage or I would have had to pull over in order to get my emotions under control. Talk about my heart bursting open.
One day I hope she understands what it means...and still wants to say it with pride.
